When a bong, pipe, piece, bubbler, one-hitter, or any type of smoking device that can be packed, is filled with marijuana or any other substance to it's capacity.
Reasons for packing such a bowl can include(s) The intent to save time from packing a second bowl.
Hopes of building up a thick resin coat within the pipe.
Impressing the opposite sex.
Large smoke circles.
Laziness (putting in an entire Nug)
Getting Teh Baked.
