The dislike or hatred towards black people.

Negro, meaning people of African descent. The suffix, -misia (of Greek origin), meaning hatred/dislike.

Negromisia was common during slavery and Jim Crow era in the United States.

When exchanging a racialy malicious joke unknowingling in the presence of a particular race/person whom would take offence to it.

Bill says "Hey Shady (insert joke). Get it?"

Shady says "Ahhh that black guy just heard you man. That was a Negroidian Slip!"
