Nee'Tard

A combination of 'Neek' and 'Retard', relating to the shameful, unfunny, lousy, just plain embarrassing things people say or do. Sometimes it's considered cool to be a Nee'Tard, if in the sense you make people laugh at your 'Nee'Tardedness' - so your either mad funny or an actual 'Nee'Tard'. You've been warned.

A boy walks into school with ankle swingers. Some kids shout at him;

"You're a Nee'Tard!"

or

GIRL 1: "Yesterday I farted in my sleep!"

GIRL 2: "Eurgh, gosh you're such a Nee'Tard!"

Neetard

A retard trying to appear the national elegibility cum entrance test or NEET for short. A neetard doesn't usually study,they just go through memes and other useless things, hoping they could pull it of on the last day(day before exam) which eventually leads them to failure and taking a drop

See, a neetard is taking a drop, i wonder if he will survive this time around
