Apparently (Spring 2023) Elon has maintained the banning of "TRANNY" from TwXtter,
(tho calling someone a PEDO! is still fine.)
NYRANT is a fairly transparent anagram of TRANNY, and still acceptable as part of TwXtter discourse, when a shortish, sharpish put-down for overly-aggressive Trans Rights Activists is wanted.

NYRANT shouldn't be over-used, because of the atmosphere of HYBRIS and NEMESIS suggested by its similarity to the word TYRANT.
Still, when a Trans Rights Activist has been making a huge scene, acting super-aggressively in making very masculine demands for pronouns or other special treatment "BECAUSE I'M A WOMAN, DAMN IT!" . . . and then gets let down gently off his nyrannical high horse by the sane people in the room, it's appropriate to declare: "SIC SEMPER NYRANNIS!" (Thus always to nyrants!")
