NUSU

NUSU (derogatory): National University of Sudan. Unlike what its name states, it is a glorified kindergarten with ridiculously strict rules and punishments without justification. It can be used to describe someone who lacks consideration, logic, and awareness.

At others times it can be used to describe a depressed person or someone who has lost all hope.
He thinks Windows 7 is the latest release thus far, I bet he studies at NUSU.

My friend has been feeling very down lately. Her therapist said that she needs to stop being a NUSU student.
