N3P that refers to the Villages of Urbana (Maryland) as North, North, North Potomac (N3P). The term originated when a residents of Gaithersburg, MD referred to themselves as North Potomac in a futile means to link themselves with the more affluent Potomac, MD community. Since Urbana, MD is much further north than Potomac, the term N3P generally refers to a sense of entitlement expressed by some VOU residents (i.e. parking in fire lanes, jacking up the middle school drop off pattern, etc).

Oh, I see that you parked in the fire lane while you went grocery shopping. That is very N3P of you.
