Mystopia

A word for when things aren't nessicarily bad (dystopia) or good (utopia), but just out of the ordinary (mystopia).

Nothing quite felt like how it's meant to, it was a mystopia, almost like I was dreaming.

A society built on ideas and actions that have negative effects into the future because of not thinking about the consequences (A combination of the words myopia and topia/dystopia)

The United States of America is a mytopia, here's some reasons why:

-War
-Government
-Polution
-(the list goes on)

Time or place, when or where, a person chooses to write a happy ending for their life.

The mytopian story follows the downward spiral of one individual, and their subsequent ascent, after deciding to construct a happy ending for their life.
