To be rude in with the purpose to entertain others and self gratify one self. To speak without thinking. To never hold back what one is thinking. To say anything to anyone without any shame.

Mumalicious can be applied in two ways. 1) to show affection towards ones own mum (not sexual in any way) 2) to show appreciation for fine looking mums that you are not related to (like Pippa Wetzel) - it could represent sexual attraction)
