Mr Dutton

A phrase meaning someone is a complete pushover, or wet sandwich. They are often closeted gays, and are known too use too much hair product.

Person 1: Did you see that guy?
Person 2: Yeah, what a pushover.
Person 1: I've never seen such a Mr Dutton in my life!
