Verb. Short for "millenial pandering". Millandering is used by companies, more often in a cringy way, to promote their product to millenials. This moslty consists in the wrong use of emojis, dead memes, the newest fad or whatever thing the companies think is currently popular with this particular group.
Guy 1: Oh god! Did you see the newest meme made by *insert brand*. It's very cringy!
Guy 2: Of course. They are millandering again.
