Mik-e-ash

Russian slang for performing sexual acts with your blood relative usually involving S&M, anal abuse, and drinking each other urine afterwards.

Nicholai: Ivana would you like to mik-e-ash in my bedroom?

Ivana: But I am your brother Nicholai!

Nicholai: But I know you love S&M and anal sex.

Ivana: Correct, I also love to drink Urine. Let's do it!
