Midwit cuckoo
A midwit, or someone or middling intellect, who gets caught up in some form of mass hysteria. Strong supporters of a nanny state mentality to the point of insanity, and excellent examples of the Dunning Kruger effect in action. Named after the John Wyndham novel "the Midwich Cuckoos".
"Look at these midwit cuckoos, they want all dogs put down because some child got bitten by one recently."

Midwit
Someone who is around average intelligence but is so opinionated and full of themselves that they think they're some kind of genius. Midwits have a shallow understanding of things and at first can seem a bit smart, until you dig deeper and realize they're just posers. They overlap with pseuds.
Johnny posted yet another article about advanced quantum dynamics. It got me interested because I actually studied physics, but when I asked him about it he barely knew what he was saying, what a midwit!

Battle of Midway
A battle between American and Japanese forces in the Pacific. Attempts by the Japanese to lure the Americans to Alaska failed as the Americans had cracked the Japanese codes. Resulted in the destruction of the entire Japanese carrier fleet with the loss of only one American carrier and turned the tide in the Pacific War.

Midwit
Described by Vox Day as "individuals of above average intelligence, yet not too far from average".
Generally found in the 105-120 IQ range. These are the people who are considered "gifted" in primary school and perhaps "honors" in high school. In the same vein, they either think of themselves as "smart but lazy" or perform well in school yet do poorly/mediocre on standardized testing. May attend a low-tier university or none at all. Almost always very online, with strong opinions that lack nuance.
Midwits are truly cursed to be neither blissfully dumb nor reap the benefit of being of superior intelligence or a genius. They can grasp general concepts, but are less capable of digging deeper, understanding nuance, or adapting quickly to complex problems, leading to an entire middle class of perpetually unhappy, often vaguely angry people.

Midhat is a name given to boys or girls. The person is usually very mannered and sweet,they tend to have gorgeous long hair if they're girls. They are also very nurturing and passionate. They make great spouses and are very versitile. are usually very attractive because Midhat means "Praise" in Urdu. The name is very rare and unique just like the person it's given to.
