When one has done so much "meth" that all their movements are twitchy and they lose the ability to remain still or quiet. Sometimes chewing on their tongue like someone having an epileptic seizure.

Methileptic

(Adj.)describes the appearance of strange body movements associated with excessive meth use that resemble a person having a seizure, like random jerking motions, involuntary muscle movements, or even falling forward due to extreme sleep deprivation.
