A person or persons that have done too much meth and appear to behaving in a weird or stunted manor

That girl is methaleptic,I can't understand anything she's saying

When one has done so much "meth" that all their movements are twitchy and they lose the ability to remain still or quiet. Sometimes chewing on their tongue like someone having an epileptic seizure.

Roxy: Did you see that skitzing bitch on isle ten?
Wallace: Yeah, look like she was 'bout to have a methaleptic seizure.
