methaleptic 

When one has done so much "meth" that all their movements are twitchy and they lose the ability to remain still or quiet. Sometimes chewing on their tongue like someone having an epileptic seizure.

Roxy: Did you see that skitzing bitch on isle ten?
Wallace: Yeah, look like she was 'bout to have a methaleptic seizure.

Methileptic 

(Adj.)describes the appearance of strange body movements associated with excessive meth use that resemble a person having a seizure, like random jerking motions, involuntary muscle movements, or even falling forward due to extreme sleep deprivation.

“I was at the DMV waiting for my number to be called and I had a full blown methileptic seizure, and fell forward out of my chair right in to the lady in front of me, the same one whose chair I had been kicking unintentionally for an hour. A person or persons that have done too much meth and appear to behaving in a weird or stunted manor
