adj: used to describe a dancer who is both overly enthusiastic and abysmally uncoordinated.

(Adj.)describes the appearance of strange body movements associated with excessive meth use that resemble a person having a seizure, like random jerking motions, involuntary muscle movements, or even falling forward due to extreme sleep deprivation.
“I was at the DMV waiting for my number to be called and I had a full blown methileptic seizure, and fell forward out of my chair right in to the lady in front of me, the same one whose chair I had been kicking unintentionally for an hour.
