This word is short for the phrase “monster emo” ie. Someone who actively drinks monster energy and is considered an emo for whatever reason thus a meom is born.

A meomemer (noun) is 1. Someone who obsessively loads images of cats or kittens onto the internet, often accompanied by a caption verbalising imaginary cat thought. 2. Someone who obsessively views images of cats or kittens on the internet, using popular social media sites to do so.
