When you want to communicate with someone, but you can't think of any subject, so you send memes and hope that starts a topic.

We haven't talked in a while, but we've had memunication, so you can say we had it going.

Speaking in such bizarre slang that no one understands what you're saying. Derived from "communication" without the "co-" prefix that implies an interaction.
Speaking just to make a noise.

Guy 1: Dude, I just got the Urban Dictionary tree book. I am so stampeo!
