A school where you "Make it a great day or not. The choice is yours."A school where your football team is practically made up of a bunch of football player wannabes who would rather act immature during practices, and practically lose nearly every game. A relatively all-around intelligent school with more than 55% mediocre teachers.A school where you have to watch out for track coaches,as they tend to get chubbies from 5 foot tall freshman girls.A school where you hear more "dude, lets go surfing' then you hear "lets actually read a book & not complain about it."A school where looks matter.Where a hypocrite black student will freely speak their mind and say "You uuugly" when clearly they shouldn't be talking.A school where if there is a fight.Everybody acts like Ronaldo just took his shirt off,so they have some immediate reaction to record it.A school where the cop on campus is more of a joke then the vending machine options.A school where you go to watch a 'bullying awareness' short film,and everybody laughs at it because the majority are self-centered rich kids who would rather prevent themselves from having an outdated iPhone, then prevent bullying.A school where students are utterly disrespectful to elderly substitute teachers.A school where you couldn't count on the students to actually elect a smart student in each grade to represent them as student body.Instead it's about popularity.

Matanzas High School was a great example of which schools too avoid!

Marazza

Public unladylike behavior while wearing a dress, provoked by excessive alcohol consumption. Typical behavior includes the worm, yoga, gymnastics, keg stands, one-armed pushups, etc. at birthdays, weddings, and the like.

Did you see the dance-off last night? Robin was totally killing it with the sprinkler, but out of nowhere, Heather pulled a Marazza on the bar to take the win. That bitch was crazy wasted!

Matanzas High School

A high school where if your part of the band, you get anything you want due to the principal being a band nerd. There are hardly ever fights and if there is the hallways are so small soo you have no luck of seeing it. And if your interested in eating lunch outside a seagull just might shit on your lunch or steal your food. And EVERY teacher blames your bad grades on you, but in reality its because they most likely got there teaching degree at DSC and have no clue what they're doing. We may be little Palm Coast (Heavens Waiting Room) but we still have the highest STD rate in Florida. And where if your looking for a good snack or non diet drink, your going to be SOL in the vending machines, cause our school wants to make sure no one gets fat by putting diet everything, and rasins in the vending machines. And also a place where you find out every single day in homeroom that, you should.....
make it a great day or not....the choice is yours.

As a Matanzas High School student if your not at the beach every day, or getting high, every one will soon find out that you go to Teal Sound Camps
