The act of being incompetent and useless at anything/everything performed. Slang term used in a winners/homesense store in montreal to describe slackers.

Calisse de tabarnac jai rien fait au travail aujourdhui, je suis tellement un Massil.

Chilean guy: Hey as tu finit to tank?

Algerian kid: Nah l'gros, je me suis fait un Massil.

Massil

A male, typically Algerian, with a big brain and an even bigger heart. He is loved by everyone that meets him and is easy to befriend. He's one of the easiest people to talk to and get advice from as he is very empathetic and is a very loyal and trustworthy friend. He's also hilarious and extremely athletic. Phenomenal at soccer and can even play instruments. He's all around talented and an amazing person.

"See that guy over there? I just met him, but I forgot his name. He's awesome."
"He's definitely a Massil."
