Businesses thrive on public spending, and though they can suffer when people are worried about the virus and safety, they can also suffer if they try and run people off for not wearing a mask inside. Customers are still trying to go in and spend money, but if that is no longer possible due to trespassing laws, the businesses will lose those of their customers that aren't wearing masks, its inevitable. You aren't in support of both the economy and public health at the same time, or finding a balance between the two, when you take away the bullshit it's simply been nothing but a power struggle. Should “Make Masks Mandatory Again” be elevated or promoted to an official slogan to educate patriots and conspiracists that they’d still wear a mask in public squares, especially when it’s difficult to practice social distancing in a crowded space?
