Mannmelter 

Mannmelter is a secondary weapon for Pyro from Team Fortress 2, designed to be used with Phlog.
Since Phlog has no airblast you can use Mannmelter to extinguish teammates.
Extinguishing teammates also gives you one crit per person.
It's a laser weapon and a flare gun.
Has no random crits.
