Well. Apparently of African origin. No one really knows.

The word actually defines itself. In its sort of rhythmic tone of pronunciation. You have to hear it to understand it.

That said. It can fit into any culture. Be said to anyone - him/her/she/they/hay
This word does not discriminate.

So no one really knows what it means.

But.. if you had to try define it. It’s basically an idiot. Like Steve Carrel in The Office. Or Jim Carey in Ace Ventura. Or as a pet name used for someone being silly.

Have fun using it with the look of confusion on peoples faces not knowing what you truly meant 😂
