A state of mental entrapment in which consciousness is present but unable to uttain clarity or control characterised by overwhelming confusion and hypnotic fixation that prevents escape from our own thoughts

Trying to solve that problem left me loobed like I was trapped in a maze where every turn led back to same confusion , unable to find my way out.
