When an individual has become so enamoured by a woman by the name of Elizabeth that she inevitably becomes like the drug 'crack' to them, that they just simply cannot get enough. Partly due to her ridiculously short tongue that has the pulsating ability of a satisfyer.

I was so not into that guy but he's hooked on the Lizzie Crack and now I just can't seem to shake him off.

To a straight man, a woman of the lesbian persuasion that partakes in the use and/or abuse of crack cocaine. This word is especially effective if the aforementioned woman is extremely attractive and, in actuality, just has a boyfriend who is jealous of the lesbian best friend.

Straight best friend: Sorry I can't. Last time we hung out my boyfriend accused me of being a lezziecrackwhore.
