Living Nightmare

When someone can't sleep and is alone in their bedroom having thoughts of mixed horror film situations, and whenever trying to think of something happy; those thoughts are followed by horror movie situations where happy goes scary.
Robert woke up, took one look at his dark, shadowy room and imagining demons, and killers, unable to have happy thoughts. He was having a living nightmare.
