“let me speak” is when one is behaving rather irrationally and shouts across the room at everyone to be quiet but producing it in a less civil way of screeching “lEt mE sPpPppEaKkkkkk!!!!” whilst raising the hands to the sides of ones shoulders. Only to be done by the less civil of society, whom have possibly forgotten ones manners, and whom have been acting like a rather pompous little toad. These people are often described by the as quite frankly shitcunts. good day, toodloo👋

Liberal plot to make Republicans sound stupid, by providing ample opportunity for Republicans to speak on critical issues.
Operation just let them speak has worked well with educated people who think for themselves using fact-based knowledge but is not working very well on those that have limited potential for critical thinking and cannot distinguish fact from fiction.
"It is not bribery unless you get away with it." "He was not asking for them to investigate all he was doing was asking them to say they were investigating Biden." "climate change is not happening"

a phrase commonly used which means to let out or disclose something. sometimes for information that one would rather not say or does not want to disclose.
to ask someone "whats wrong" in attempt to get them to tell you.
sometimes mistaken for "let's speak" which is entirely different.

You say "the unholy shmuley won't let me speak" When someone keeps on interrupting you or when you are debating with someone and you want to trivialize him and his arguments
