It’s LatinX but like less offensive but still stupid looking.

just say Latin(o) for men (Latin(a) for women and refer to the ethnicity as Latino, unless it’s with a feminine topic. Or a singular person or group of women.

Not sorry if I upset any blue haired astros.
Person 1: “hey should I say Latine or Latinx”

Person 2: “Stick to Latin(o/a) it’s rude to change a language just to fit in a few people who don’t wanna be categorized in the first place.

Person 1: gracias, ahora no me estoy apropiando de su cultura para que se ajuste a mis deseos

Person 2: De nada mejor amiga 😄

Latinostan

A semi-autonomous region in the south east portion of the state of Florida in the USA. Known formerly as Miami. Populated by the "Latinostani" ethnic group, to the detriment of all others.
Tom Tancredo just returned from a fact finding mission to Latinostan, which he described as a third world country.

Long Term Laziness

Often abbreviated to simply “LTL” this majestic phrase is to explain oneself for doing something that is short term work for the eventual greater good of being lazy. For example one might be standing in a situation that calls for sitting. If one is doing this it’s quite clear that this genius is a lazy acumen for spotting that he’s going to arise very soon so he might as well remain standing as to not have to deal with the aggravating work of getting up. The term was first originated in 2008 by Vince Wilfork who was once told to take a knee but didn’t because “LTL”
Sammy: Yo why you standing bro?
Noah: Bro LTL you know you’re just going to have to stand right back up again
Sammy: That’s facts bro but what does LTL mean?
Noah: Long Term Laziness
Sammy: Aight Bet!

A term being pushed by PC culture advocates, even though absolutely no one who is actually Latino uses it.
Apparently it's supposed to be "inclusive" of Latin American non binary people, even though most don't care if you refer to them as Latino.
LatinX is a bullshit word made up by people who are not even Latino themselves.
Spanish is a gendered language, get over it.

latin mass

The mass as celebrated by Latin rite Roman Catholics till ~1962 when the mass was reformed to what is called the 'ordinary form'. The (traditional) latin mass is sometimes called the Tridentine mass. The mass is in latin, mostly inaudible to the attenders, the priest faces away from the people, much more solemn and ritualistic. Now it tends to be an SSPX or RadTrad fixation who are ultra-conservative and ultra-traditional. Despite that there is some actual Roman Catholic usage, and increasing usage like with the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Peter, but it remains the 'extraordinary form'.
Person 1: The Latin Mass is very beautiful and solemn.

Person 2: But I couldn't hear the Priest at all. Also I was at the back so I couldn't even see what was going on.
Person 3: The new mass focuses on community and participation, like the early church, maybe the new mass doesn't have the solemness and beauty of the former but we can keep working on it.
RadTrad: You ALL don't even have the real mass anymore, you aren't real Catholics, the Pope is an imposter, and you all should be afraid because Jesus came to dispense justice just like the movie "Judge Dredd" (1995)

Person 1, 2, 3: You need help RadTrad.

trucker's tan

A sunburn or suntan focused on the left arm. It is caused by the left side of the body being the only half that gets exposed to sunlight while driving. Presumably, it would be located on the right side of the body in countries where they drive on the left side of the road.
I had a trucker's tan after driving for 10 straight hours on a sunny day.

British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”

Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
