Commonly referred to as a French man - often little in size - with a disgraceful personality, often portrayed through his miniscule conk and high pitched squeaky voice. Upon hearing the name, other often chant together, "SHOVE A BAGGUETTE UP IT YOU LITTLE FRENCHY !"

Man1: "oi, clement lazzerini's comin round' the corner."
Man2: "how do ya know? i cant see him."
Man1: "i can hear his high pitched squeaky voice from a mile away!"
