Name of a tribe in India's state of Manipur. It is also the language spoken by the Lamkang people.

Lamkang 

A Tibeto-Burman language spoken in Manipur state’s Chandel district by at least 10,000 people. The Lamkang people are Christian and use the Latin script for their language. It currently is endangered, and many indigenous members of the Lamkang community are working to revive it.
