Koushal is a pretty uncommon Indian name and often confused with 'Kaushal'. The meaning of these words are the same that is Talent, skills or capability. A talented, gifted charming young man that has a natural ability to attract people. He is the kind of man who wants to love others deeply and will never fail to show his appreciation towards your kindness. He’s also very attentive to detail. Koushal name is derived from "Kaushaleya" which means Kaushalya's son and it's one of lord Rama's names.

Boffin
British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”
Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
