Despite the obvious relation to the word Caravan (A mobile home pulled by a motor vehicle) this spelling references the very popular and difficult Level 70 Dungeon Karazhan in The World of Warcraft. The term was first coined by Galahad - A Holy Paladin playing on the Scarshield Legion Realm (UK) in the guild Andraste Cadifors.
