Tending to judge a woman based upon her physical appearance and/or personality while she is on the rag; (i.e. when she is bloated, acne-ridden, and generally angry at the world).
Ex. 1:
Jill: Wow, Jane's kind of a bitch, isn't she?
Mary: Don't be so judgmentstrual... When she's not PMSing, she's a real sweetheart.
Ex. 2:
Dan: I thought you said your girlfriend was crazy hot!
Alex: Dude, you're being WAY too judgmenstrual. Wait 'til Aunt Flo leaves town and you'll see what I was talking about.
