Jorter is a type of person to eats shorts. Reminiscent of the saying "eat my shorts". A Jorter is somebody who you want to unfriend because one day they will consume your jean shorts with or without consent.

Scud with the meaning of being person or persons unclothed and jotter being a thin paperback book.
So a thin book with pictures of naked people, chiefly women... Typically available from newsagents top shelves or from behind the counter.
