The term "job doe" is used to represent operating at one's maximal capacity. It can be used with respect to an individual or group. This term is versatile and can be used in many contexts. When someone says that they are "on their job doe", it means that they are firing on all cylinders. One can also use the response "job doe" to give a signal of approval.

It is imperative that you surround yourself with people who are on their job doe. Be wary, as people can talk a big game and pretend to be on their job doe. Remember that actions always speak louder than words. Drug users, frequent consumers of alcoholic beverages, and chronic Negative Nancies are not on their job doe. Avoid these types like the plague.

More from Urban Dictionary
West Midlands slang word for rockers, bikers, greasers etc. In the late 1980s it was used by the UK music press to refer to a specific scene centered around the bands Pop Will Eat Itself and Crazyhead. The term never found favour with readers of 'the inkies' (Sounds, Melody Maker and the still extant NME) and was soon dropped. Now often used in predominantly working-class areas of the midlands and the north to mean someone who listens to rock-derived music and/or dresses in a manner that suggests they affiliate themselves with rock music of some kind.
