Jizlocks are basically Dreadlocks that use Jiz as the prime binding agent.

When a woman or man gets so much thick cum on their face and hair that it resembles them having dreadlocks. They can already have dreadlocks and laced with cum or just having cum hanging from their head. Either is acceptable.
