The same thing as JK or "just kidding." Used for saying you are not serious.

Jane: "That ketchup I gave you was really cow blood."
John: *Gags*
Jane: "Jay Play!"
John: Thank God

an abbreviation for just playing. usually said after doing something really obnoxious, because it cancels everything out.

person a hits person b with a car
person b: WHAT THE HELL OMGZ THAT WAS SOO NOT CHILL
person a: jay play!
person b: oh okay!
