Jasjot Syndrome

A psychological and physiological condition characterized by persistent, irrational stress and anxiety about academic performance and grades, despite objectively overwhelming study efforts and guaranteed academic success (e.g., maintaining a CGPA above 9.5). Individuals exhibit symptoms such as chronic worry, irritability, fatigue, and physical manifestations like headaches and chanting ‘waheguru’ entire day, all triggered by a disproportionate fear of academic failure or underachievement (Important to note that the subject matter suffering from this condition is bound to score 9.5+ cgpa)
