An individual who is overweight and talks profanity to his mother and father and acts like a 5 year old child when around people older around him/her. They tend to be on the short side, and only plays "Fortnite" with children 5-10 years younger then he/she is. He/she cannot contain him/herself when around younger children. This individual has high chance of autism and or down syndrome. The term is commonly used in the Twitch community.
