Toilet in Ireland. Usually the gent's toilet. Usually covered in piss maybe with a shite in the urinal. Accompanied by humerous and often informative grafitti.

1) Irish slang for toilet. Derived from Union Jack, the British flag.
2) Term referring to Dubliners, since they uphold British traditions more than any others in Ireland. The name comes from when they waved Union Jack flags during a visit from the Queen.

Another way of claiming your rightful ownership to a seat. Similar to Quack Quack or Dibs. The art of stating Jacks is to make sure that a 3rd party hears you.
John walks back downstairs after getting some pizza, sees his spot is taken.
John:"Yo, Freddy I got Jacks"
Freddy:"He got Jacks?"
3rd party:"Yeah man move your ass"
