An insomnashot is the combination of energy drinks beer and liquor. The order of the shot is as follows...
1. 5 Hour energy shot
2. A double shot of you choice
3. An 8.4 Ounce Red Bull poured into a cup and chugged
4. Shotgun a 12 ounce beer
The first recorded insomnashot was done with a max strength 5 hour energy, a double shot of Malibu Pineapple rum, an 8.4 ounce redbull, and a keystone light which was completed April 22nd 2011
Many adaptations can be made like what kind of 5 hour energy or 6 hour energy drink or what type of red bull of monster or any different liquor or beer but the order and amount must remain the same
