It is actually made from taking grapes that are frozen by the first major frost and crushed while still frozen to extract the juices. It is gaining in popularity all over the world, but especially in Canada itself. Icewine generally costs anywhere from 19 dollars Canadian on up depending on the brand and quality of the product.
