Derogitory term for a Quebecois, a Quebec francophone. The "ice" is a reference to the ungodly winters that Quebecers (frogs) endure.

Tell me Frenchie, why are your people so out of touch with the modern world and are utterly devoid of humour? Is it because you're too busy thinking about your frozen jenny-tell-ya to care, huh ice froggie?
