Its when you are to scared or its too early to say I love you to your partner. Its a mix between I love you and I like you.

I loke you 

A combination between like and love, used when you feel that it’s still too early to say love, but you feel like “like” is too little. (See also I live you.)

Girlfriend: Does something adorable or sweet. Essentially she just exists... :)
Boyfriend: *laughs*
Girlfriend: “What?!!”
Boyfriend: “Nothing”
Girlfriend: “Unhunh... yeah right”
Boyfriend: “It’s nothing, I loke you”
Girlfriend “I loke you too” ;)
