Why wouldn't an athlete feel like 100 percent was enough, especially when you're hardly ever near one hundred percent most of the time?
Two hundred percent seems like it would blow out the athlete before the athlete was finished with the season or retirement.

The athlete was always at two hundred percent, and thought he would never in twenty years or so, rowdy down. One day the people that always knew he was a lame would find out how he really was when nobody was looking.
