The act of putting elastic band or other elastic substance around a body part.

You cannot use this verb when elastic is around the hair as that counts as 'tying'

I hujuanked my neck to feel the sweet release of being Despawned

Other example:

"Officer! Come quick there has been a murder!"

"Okay, ma'am, we need you to calm down. Can you describe what has happened?"

"No, but the victim was clearly hujuanked."

A young man who is aware that there is really no such thing as the 'New Man'.. He is however, extremely adept at aquiring new ladies, and has a large 'cool' factor. Due to the fact that he plays the 'New Man' role convincingly.
