A clear losing political candidate who runs a primary campaign, without dropping out, to sabotage the other opponents running in the primary election or to sabotage the candidate's own political party.

Running a primary election campaign with no chance of winning.

Mr. Politician is huckapissing the Primaries. Mr. Candidate is clearly huckapissing the election.
