A combination of the words hopefully and fuck; it means that you're hoping to get fucked.

Usually said when someone was hoping to get laid, but doesn't.

Guy #1: I'm going on a date with Maddie tonight.

Guy #2: Don't get too hopfukky; I hear she doesn't put out too often.
