A {hoodburger} is a bum that walks around outside all day long just rollin deep with their crew. No matter the weather, rain, snow, they hold down the block. They are usually dirtbags with no jobs, and have been to jail on numerous occasions. They are always down to beat up dirty ass hos that look like randirt.
