Homo Pee

The act of peeing while upside down and gurgling water, both at the same time. An extremely difficult task which can only be performed by the expert.

Drew: Hey
Marcus: Hey what's up?
Drew: Nothing much, I'm just busy
Marcus: With what?
Drew: Homo peeing....
Marcus: Oh, Lemme try!
