An acquired disease of herpes when the recipient got it from someone who has blatantly obvious herpes,;you would have to be blind to miss it. Indicating the "herp derp" part of the word.

Mike: Dude, I just did it with the new chick.
John: Why? She has herpes, are you stupid?
Mike: Fuck me man, now I got herp derpes.

Herpderpes 

Herpderpes is a sexually transmitted case of stupidity, symptoms of this include general herping and derping, and is not limited to brain farts and mind queffs. Can be extremely contagious during the early onset of the disease, and has no cure.
